We have no hesitation in guaranteeing our products, and we guarantee our service. Should something we send you not meet your expectations, be it the wrong size or colour, please contact us with the details at info@adelaidehatters.com.au within 14 days of receiving it and we will gladly exchange or refund as you wish. Any additional freight costs will be incurred by you.

Any hat found to be damaged or faulty on delivery will be replaced at our expense providing we are notified immediately, and no evidence of deliberate damage is found. Damage caused by misuse or neglect will be at your expense.
