Postage
We package everything appropriately to ensure that it arrives intact. Your hat will arrive in a ‘new’ condition’. We do not charge a handling or admin fee, and insurance is included in the postage fee. The carrier we use is Australia Post, and the service we offer is Airmail only. We may choose not to ship items to some countries, so if your country does not appear in the options during the checkout process, please contact us, and we may advise alternative options.

Returns
Should something we send you not meet your expectations, be it the wrong size or colour, please contact us with the details at info@adelaidehatters.com.au within 14 days of receiving it and we will gladly exchange or refund as you wish. Any additional freight costs will be incurred by you.
